Shipping Policy
- COVERA collaborates with third-party logistics service providers (hereinafter referred to as "Logistic Partners") to facilitate the delivery of Products purchased by Users. Upon handing over the purchased Products to the Logistic Partner, COVERA will provide the User with the details of the Logistic Partner responsible for processing the delivery. An estimated delivery date will also be communicated on the order confirmation page.
- While COVERA endeavours to deliver Products across India, delivery is currently limited to selected areas. Users are required to provide their pin-code at the time of placing an order to verify whether delivery is available in their area. In the event the delivery location falls outside COVERA’s recognized delivery network, the order will not be processed further.
- Before completing the payment process for purchased Products, Users are required to provide a valid shipping address. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure the information provided is accurate, complete, and includes relevant landmarks to assist in identifying the address. COVERA shall not be held liable for failed deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the User.
- COVERA shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by its Logistic Partners. Furthermore, COVERA is under no obligation to compensate Users for any inconvenience, distress, or claims of tort resulting from delayed shipment and delivery of Products.
- COVERA performs internal due diligence to ensure that both its delivery personnel and those employed by its Logistic Partners uphold the highest ethical standards. However, COVERA cannot guarantee that the delivery executives of its Logistic Partners will consistently demonstrate professionalism, competence, or courteous behaviour. COVERA disclaims any and all liability arising from alleged misconduct, impoliteness, or inappropriate behaviour by the employees/ delivery executives of Logistic Partners.
- Upon successful placement of an order and after COVERA hands over the purchased Products to its Logistic Partner, the User will receive a unique tracking identification number. This tracking number allows the User to monitor the delivery status of the purchased Products either through COVERA’s Platform or via the website/mobile application of the Logistic Partner. COVERA disclaims liability for any inconsistencies or inaccuracies in tracking information.
- COVERA reserves the right to levy shipping and convenience charges on Products with a value below a specified threshold and/or for Products paid via cash on delivery or other online payment methods. In cases where shipping or convenience charges are applicable, such charges will not be refunded on cancellations or returns initiated after the shipment has been dispatched, except under circumstances expressly identified by COVERA at its sole discretion.
- The title and risk of loss for all purchased Products shall transfer to the User upon delivery of the Products to the User.
