Refund Policy

  1. When you opt to cancel or return a Product, COVERA will process the refund within ten (10) business days from the date of receiving and verifying the returned Product and its associated documents, provided that the Product is eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy. Refunds will only be processed if all conditions of this Policy are met, including the Product being in its original saleable condition, with no defects or damages, intact price tags, and original packaging (including the brand outer packaging and all accessories).

  2. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, WE CLARIFY THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT MEET THE RETURN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AS PER OUR VERIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT. YOU AGREE THAT COVERA’S DECISION IN THIS REGARD WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING.

  3. Once the Product is deemed fit for refund by COVERA, the amount will be refunded in the form of store credits, which can be used for future purchases on COVERA’s Platform. At present, COVERA does not offer refunds directly to Users' bank accounts.

  4. Refunds issued will not include any amounts paid by the User towards shipping charges or other fees, such as the convenience fee. However, if a Product has been delivered with a defect or damage attributable to COVERA, and this is verified and accepted at our sole discretion, we may refund the shipping charges, provided that a request for such refund is made within seven (7) days of receiving the refund for the Product.

  5. COVERA will make reasonable efforts to keep Users updated on the status of refunds via the User's account on the Platform, registered mobile number, and email address. COVERA disclaims all liability for failure to notify the User of refund status due to technical reasons beyond its control.

  6. COVERA reserves the right to reject a refund request if the Product does not meet the quality conditions stipulated in this Policy, as determined by our assessment. In such cases, you will be notified, and COVERA will not be liable for returning the Product or taking responsibility for the same. You agree that COVERA’s decision in this matter is final and binding.
