Cancelation Policy

You may cancel orders for Products, either partially or fully, before the Products have been packed and the invoice has been generated.

After successfully placing an order on the Platform and once COVERA has handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, such requests of cancellations may not be accepted. However, if you change your mind regarding the order (including cases where the Product package is tampered, torn, or opened upon delivery), you may reject the shipment when our Logistic Partner attempts delivery at your address.

If we receive your cancellation request before the Products are packed and the invoice is generated, we will cancel the order and initiate the refund process within ten (10) business days of receiving the cancellation request, provided payment has already been made. The refund will be issued in the form of Store Credit, which can be used to purchase other Products from COVERA.

The story begins with a deep-rooted legacy: over 30 years of expertise in intimate fashion through La Lingerie and the trailblazing work of designer Suman Nathwani and retail visionary Dharam Nathvani.

Building on that foundation, Rijuta Kumbhat and Yash Nathvani launched COVERA in December 2023 with one clear belief: The Power of Choice.

From Ahmedabad to everywhere online, their mission is to create a bold, body-positive, and modern shopping experience - blending curation, innovation, and trust.
