Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") sets out the terms governing cancellation of orders placed by users ("User", "You") on COVERA's online marketplace platform at lovecovera.com ("Platform"), operated by Agami Apparels Private Limited ("COVERA", "We", "Us").
This Policy is drafted in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. By purchasing on the Platform, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
This Policy must be read together with COVERA's Returns & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy, which together form a single framework for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds on the Platform.
2. When Cancellation Is Permitted
You may cancel an order placed on the Platform, partially or fully, only in the following circumstance:
- Before the products are packed and the invoice is generated. Once COVERA has packed the products and generated the GST invoice, the order is in fulfilment and cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations
Once COVERA has handed over the products to its logistics partner, no cancellation requests will be entertained, regardless of the reason cited. Brand-Specific Policies (under Clause 11 of the Returns & Exchange Policy) may further restrict cancellation rights for certain Brands.

3. Cancellation of Shipped Orders — Refusal at Delivery
If You change Your mind after the order has been packed and dispatched, You may decline to accept the shipment when COVERA's logistics partner attempts delivery at Your address. This includes situations where the package appears tampered with, torn, or opened upon delivery.
In such cases:
- The shipment will be returned to COVERA by the logistics partner.
- Once the returned shipment is received by COVERA and verified through a standard QC inspection, the value paid (less any applicable deductions per the Refund Policy) will be refunded in the form of Store Credit only.
- Repeated refusal of shipments without valid reason may attract the consequences set out in Clause 13 of the Returns & Exchange Policy (Abuse of Policy), including disabling of Cash-on-Delivery and account-level action.
4. How to Cancel an Order
To request cancellation of an order before packing and invoice generation, please contact COVERA promptly:

Cancellation requests are processed in the order received. COVERA does not guarantee that a request will reach the fulfilment team before packing has commenced. Once packing has commenced, the request will be deemed received too late.
5. Cancellation by COVERA
COVERA reserves the right to cancel any order, fully or partially, in the following circumstances:
- Stock unavailability at the Vendor's end.
- Inaccuracies or errors in pricing, product information, or stock availability on the Platform.
- Issues identified by COVERA's fraud, payment, or risk teams.
- Refusal by the User to comply with applicable laws or Platform terms.
- Force majeure events or factors beyond COVERA's reasonable control.
In the event of cancellation by COVERA, the User will be notified by email and/or phone, and the value paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded in the form of Store Credit in accordance with the Refund Policy.
6. Refund Mechanism for Cancellations
All refunds arising from cancellations — whether initiated by the User or by COVERA — will be processed as Store Credit only. COVERA does not refund cancelled orders to the original mode of payment or to bank accounts.
Store Credit will be issued to the User's registered account within 10 (ten) business days of the cancellation being processed. The detailed terms governing Store Credit are set out in the Refund Policy.
7. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, COVERA has appointed a Grievance Officer:

COVERA will endeavour to resolve all grievances within 30 (thirty) days of receipt. If unresolved, the User may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
