Return & Exchange Window: All return and exchange requests must be raised within 2 (two) calendar days of delivery. Requests after this window will not be accepted, without exception.

Eligible Reasons: Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, incorrect products dispatched, or missing components. Personal preference, change of mind, fit issues, and subjective dissatisfaction are not return grounds.

Size Exchange: Size exchanges are not a right and are considered at COVERA’s discretion only. Please check the size chart and contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Unboxing Video — Mandatory: A continuous unboxing video is required for every return claim involving a defect, incorrect product, or missing component. Claims without a video will not be processed.
