Black Bikini Set

The AOBA Black Bikini Set is a halter-neck two-piece in polyester and elastane, priced at Rs. 1,699 and sized S through XL, made for anyone searching "black beach bikini" who wants the one swimsuit that goes with everything else in a beach bag. Black doesn't compete with prints or bright sarongs, which is exactly why it's one of AOBA's steadier sellers.

Fit and construction. The halter tie at the neck is adjustable, so the fit can be tightened or loosened depending on how much support you want, useful because bikini tops in a fixed size rarely account for different torso lengths. The polyester-elastane blend holds its shape through repeated wear better than a cotton-blend swimsuit would, and it dries faster too, which matters if you're changing between activities on the same day. Sizing runs true to size across S, M, L, and XL, so most people can go with their usual size rather than sizing up.

Care instructions. Machine wash cold, and rinse it in fresh water right after swimming: pool chlorine and sea salt both break down elastane faster if left to sit in the fabric. Wash with like colours, particularly the first few washes, skip the bleach, don't wring it out, and dry flat in the shade instead of hanging it in direct sun.

Why black works here. A solid black bikini set is the piece that makes every sarong, cover-up, or beach dress in a wardrobe work without colour clashing. It's the base layer of a beach outfit rather than the statement piece. AOBA, the swimwear brand that appeared on Shark Tank India Season 3 (formerly Erotissch), built its bikini range around exactly this kind of practical piece: adjustable fit, reliable fabric, a price that doesn't punish you for wanting more than one. At Rs. 1,699, it's one of the more accessible bikini sets in the AOBA range and one that's easy to justify buying alongside a printed one.
